Ice Castles

So I have a friend that went to see these Ice Castles not too long ago and so she gave me all the info and we decided to make a trip to go see them. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are in Midway. They did say the last day to go see them will be tomorrow the 5th. So if any of you are interested in going you should go tomorrow! If you google Utah Ice Castles it should take you to their site. I already posted most of these pictures on facebook. So I am sorry for those that have to see this again. Anyways, Brandon obviously doesn't like to get his picture taken as you all might know. So this is what I get for trying to sneak a picture of him. I actually had no idea he was throwing a snow ball at me until after. He just happened to have the throwing motion when my camera finally decided to take the picture.

It was actually really warm when we got to the ice castles but it seemed colder when we were in the isles of the Ice Castles.

Aren't they amazing?

Me and my girls. Brandon is not pictured because well, we all know why.

It really was so nice when we went there on Wednesday. I promise I did not under dress Gracey. Her cheeks and face were all red way before we even got to the Ice Castles. Her face does that sometimes. Just didn't want you all to wonder! :) I really do worry way too much about what others think.

Brooke said...: I'm glad you liked them, we thought they were pretty neat! And Gracey's cheeks don't even look red to me in the pictures, so don't worry about it, kids are known to have red cheeks, mine have sensitive skin and it gets that way frequently.
And tell Brandon I hate getting my picture taken too, but I figure I will look better if just smile rather than try to avoid it and have other people "try" to get pictures of me.; March 5, 2011 at 4:24 PM

Tyler Brent Gearhart (Bodie) Tyler Brent Gearhart, age 23, was called home Thursday, April 30, 2009 in Ogden, Utah. He was born February 17, 1986 to R. Michael and Lou Ann Turville Gearhart in Salt Lake City, Utah. He fought a courageous battle with drug addiction. Tyler had a loving personality and was loved by all who knew him. He had a contagious smile and a wonderful laugh. His quick whit and sense of humor captured everyone's love. Tyler loved his family, friends and his two dogs. He especially loved family gatherings. He was a very respectful young man, always saying please and thank you. He was always a very caring person by putting others first. Tyler graduated from Copper Hills High School in 2004. He loved all sports, especially football, basketball and snowboarding. Tyler was a true fan of the Oakland Raiders. Tyler is survived by his parents and three brothers and three sisters. Corey, Holly (Troy) Johnson, Jamie (Gene) Slater, Michael, Shawn and Lisa (Brandon) Robbins. He has nine nieces and nephews and a very special friend Tehra Dunn. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mountain Shadows 4th Ward Chapel, 8136 Old Bingham Hwy. West Jordan, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to services from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. and Monday, May 4, 2009 at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Interment will be at the West Jordan City Cemetery. About Audrey

Audrey was born at 4 pounds 14 ounces. She was just a little one. She might be small but she is a really strong girl. Audrey is a bit stubborn these days. She still likes to do things her way and when it is more convenient for her. She is very independent. We can't force her to do anything because than she won't do it. She is ready when she is ready and that is how it has always been since before she was born. She was born 3 weeks early, but came when she was ready. If she keeps this up, life is going to be hard for us (Brandon and I) when she gets older, it already is and she is only 3. :) We love her so much and would not change her for anything and are so glad she is a part of our family. We can't imagine life without little Miss. She has definitely kept us on our toes!

About Gracey

Oh , our sweet sweet Gracey. I call her Sweet girl because she really is so sweet. She was born a couple of weeks early but gave us a scare at 34 weeks when I started having consistent contractions and was dilated to a 3. Luckily she decided to wait a bit longer. When she decided to come she didn't wait long. I was in labor for 5 hours, almost 3 of which were at home. She made it so easy for me and oddly enough that is what kind of a baby she is. She is easy going and happy and smiles so much!! I love her so much!!!
